The Facilitator
I have been working as a mentor and workshop facilitator at the Queensland Writers’ Centre since 2014, after presenting at the Brisbane Writers’ Festival about the highs and lows of my writing journey. I have worked in Brisbane City Council Libraries as a writing workshop facilitator for over ten years, teaching and coaching people how to connect to their personal and professional narratives. I run journalling and well-being workshops for community groups and schools, and specialise in Bereavement, Loss and Trauma writing.
My latest work has been working closely with Beyond DV, running Advocacy workshops for Domestic Violence Survivors who are working to become Ambassadors and Advocates for other people with lived DV experiences. I have been working hand-in-hand with Kim Skubris and Kerry Forsythe to present the three-day Inspire2Aspire Course twice a year.

Please get in touch to discuss any workshop ideas you might have for your organisation and together we can design a fit-for-purpose workshop to help your team to develop and grow.
